Implementing Video Playback in Post

As by the current implementation, we're directly loading the video file and until the video is in loading mode we show progress indicator / blank screen.

Proper way of showing the video:

Upload side (Server side):

1. When a user upload a video file they should be asked for the thumbnail of the video.
   or
2. Thumbnail will be selected automatically from the server.

Talawa side:

1. First instead of directly loading the video, first stick the thumbnail first.
2. Then if the post is "inview" we should load the actual video and replace it with thumbnail.
3. If the post is not int he view replace the video file again with thumbnail.

Outcomes:
Mobile client will not load unnecessary data (video file).
low bandwidth devices can see the thumbnail.

I tried implementing it in a very basic form and it looks something like this although for the thumnail I put a random icon widget which can be replaced by any widget
