This algorithm does not work. Is it program working?
How to run it?
What is the performance in terms of accuracy, speed and, etc?

I didn't uploaded external libraries. I will upload them soon.
If the detector runs every frame, this system operates at 15fps.

@drdrpyan I think this program is strongly dependent on opencv libraries.
What version of opencv should i use?
