I tried to run MASIC with TMT18 labeling data, and I changed "ReporterIonMassMode" to 20. I got outputs successfully, but the columns in "_ReporterIons.txt" only contained 4 Ions including Ion_114 Ion_115 Ion_116 and Ion_117. How can I get the correct results from TMT18 data?
