Notes:

• The CellML implementation for this model is based on the OXSOFT HEART source code, which corrects some of the published equations. E.g. there is a 12 in an equation for ICaL that's a 2.5 in the publication.
• The units are different from the publication, and much less conveniently chosen. There are a couple of stray conversion factors mid-equation, which hints at unit issues.
• The equation to update extracellular Ca looks to be wrong in sign and stoichiometry.
