reasons: We will join to github and waffle board from chat and all members can review

+1 from me (but see my comments)

pros:

  • integration of all Org process around single repo and mail notifications about unread messages
  • public visibility - so all org decisions will be open for community

cons:

  • Skype is always primary tool for chatting (for gitter you should open web page or install an app mobile\desktop)
  • Current communication \ discussion style should be improved - to not move disagreement\conflicts to public

All other Core Team members should vote - it need to be convenient for everyone
