Extend station ctl with the capabilities to upload a dataset to a station instance
The workflow could look something like this:

  1. Install station_ctl
  2. Specify what to upload (single file, folder. multiple files)
  3. Provide metadata about dataset to command
  4. Provide auth info to command
  5. Upload the data to the station and save it as a dataset under the correct metadata
