I think it would be even better, if the train router would respond with a "TRAIN_NOT_FOUND" error code in case of a start event where the train was not found in pht_incoming.
The next step for the train router in my opinion would be, to find the train and check if the assumption is correct, that the train has alraedy been started. Otherwise contact the Train Builder and retrigger a train build. #self sustaining 😁
