What's happened?

when I try to install phpfox v4.8 in ubuntu, it failed even though requirement is satisfied.

Browsers and Devices tested

Firefox on Ubuntu
...

Server information

Ubuntu 20.0.4 php 8.1 apache

phpFox version

Php Fox 4.8.1

from this step, it never move forward.
