Zonal mean ocean variables potentially in wrong table #48

Should the following changes be made to ensure zonal means are in zonal mean tables?

@matthew-mizielinski I have not caught on that we were discriminating by spatial sampling in tables. Only REALM-FREQUENCY pairs. These ocean vars are tricky, as the *rho* variables are the density coord, and others are *z* (pressure) coords, but in reality these should likely be the same variable, with the coordinate dependent on the model. Ideally, collapsing these variables back into a single quantity, on it's native (or remapped) vertical coordinate would be my aspiration.

The OPmon vs OPmonLev vs OPmonZ separation is something that I'd not caught:
