We have some low hanging fruit for better SEO optimizing our site. Currently, we're stuck on page 2 of Google for "Origin". We should be on the first page. Some ideas of things we could try:

  • Images should have descriptive filenames that include the word "origin"
  • Images should similarly have good alt tags
  • Performance optimizations like compressing images to improve site speed
  • Make sure our page titles are optimized
  • Other standard best practices

@joshfraser #193 is a best practice as well that fits in well with this issue.
