period name inputs should be disabled by default #34

I think it's pretty annoying how the period name input is like the entire period when collapsed, so when you try to open it, you focus on it

It's not as annoying on desktop, but on mobile it'll destroy your screen with a half-screen keyboard

When collapsed, the period name inputs should be disabled
