In 2.12.4.1 the fields B1h - B4h are specified with a valid range of 0x01 to 0xFF. In my interpretation this means that there must always be at least one object of each type in the applet. Is this intentional? Additionally how does this work together with 2.5.5 Cryptographic Functions saying that the "Key derivation" flag is optional (implying secret keys are not mandatory to implement)?
