yaml file is empty for fic-files

If the input is a fic file, the yaml-file is 0 bytes:

$ etisnoop -I foo.fic -v -s foo.yaml

I did it because you mentioned this on page 33 of http://opendigitalradio.github.io/mmbtools-doc/mmbtools.pdf

For example:

$ curl -s freedabcork.ddns.net:7980/fic | etisnoop -I /dev/stdin -s /tmp/test.yaml
