Satellite imagery missing at the highest zoom level in some areas #315

I could not reproduce this on a physical iPhone 6s running iOS 10.0.1 but I could reproduce it on a simulated 5s running iOS 9.3.

This issue appears in both the OpenTreeMap application and the Apple Maps application.

The issue appears to be location dependent. I was not able to reproduce the problem when zooming into Central Park in New York City.

Steps to reproduce:

Create an instance centered on Tampa, Florida.
Select that instance in the iOS application.
Switch to satellite view.
Zoom in as far as possible.

- Switch to Apple Maps. - Search for "Tampa, FL". - Switch to satellite view. - Zoom in as far as possible.
