iOS application not appearing in App Store on iPad device

Kyle Zick Landscape Architecture (client) has not been able to download the iOS application from the iTunes App Store to any of the iPads (Model A 1455 as listed on back or MD540LL/A as listed in settings, running iOS 9.3.4). When she searches the following keywords, no results appear.

• OpenTreeMap
• opentreemap
• opentree
• treemap
• tree map
• azavea

There have been no issues reported downloading the application to an iPhone or on any Android device.

We have not yet made our iOS app "universal." It does not have a native iPad version so searching for it requires changing a search filter to "iPhone Only"
