Will this be something folks can participate in for Hacktoberfest next month? You just add the tag Hacktoberfest so folks can find the repo.

You don't need to wait for Hacktoberfest to start contributing to any open source project. ;-)
Unfortunately Hacktoberfest attracts way too many people that are only interested in the swag that they can get and not in the value of their contributions, so Hacktoboerfest does more harm to the open source community than good.
I think we are better off without Hacktoberfest.

You already have access to the source code for the modem used in the Rattlegram tech demo if you are interested in that:
https://github.com/aicodix/modem/tree/short

We will also need people working on the network server and client side if that is something you are interested in.
In any case, if you like to code and want to contribute, please contact Michelle per email to get an Slack invite.
