I have migrated the issue to the website repository since it's about documentation. But so far, we don't have a snapcraft.yaml in any of our repositories so it's maybe a bit premature to open this?
Once we have a "containers" repository we can have a central script which updates all versions of all packaging. That new documentation should rather refer to that.
