Implement filtering

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A user currently has no way of filtering events. Users should be able to filter events by a date range, specific locations, and type/tags.

Describe the solution you'd like
The user can click on a button that will popup a filter menu with the following options:

• Date range - Select options are "Next 2 weeks", "Next 30 days", "Next 6 months"
• Specific locations - uses Multiselect Search that contains all locations
• Type/tags - uses Multiselect Search that includes all tags.

Out of Scope

• Custom date ranges
• Location radius
