Some of the nodes I import into a network using the "Add KAM Nodes" function with "All Edges" selected as the Expand Edge Option are not fully expanded, though edges are present in the KAM.
This seems to be a problem with a few nodes - if these nodes are included in the selection, expansion of the edges is disrupted for all. Knowledge Neighborhood will also not load properly if these nodes are included. When I tracked the nodes in the original BEL document, the connected terms were likely the problem: they were term that used functions like 'products' and 'pmod', which should be used internal to other BEL functions.
