Add support for ZTM and ZKM #21

ZTM and ZKM are public transport systems in Tricity - metropolitan area in Poland, with over million people.

They export GTFS and GTFS-RT at https://ckan.multimediagdansk.pl/en/dataset/tristar for ZTM and https://otwartedane.gdynia.pl/pl/group/transport for ZKM

There’s also a python library for retrieving the data https://github.com/MKuranowski/TristarGTFS
