Algorand Panel should work with Algorand Sandbox by default - or pull correct testnet Docker image #23

The Algorand Sandbox is the preferred method for quickly setting up an Algorand node for testing and development. The Algorand panel should use the Algorand sandbox, instead of it's current method, of pulling Docker images from the Algorand Docker Hub.

If you choose to keep the current method of pulling Docker images from Algorands Docker hub, than the image pulled by default should be changed to the Algorand Testnet image
