activejobs status column - extend complete status to include FAILED

From discourse - we can see from Slurm data that the state is FAILED. Maybe we should toggle this completed status to other states like failed when we can (this will depend on cluster support).

This way, if a job completes and is OK - it can remain green with completed status. But if if it completes and fails, we should likely have a red Failed status tag for the same.
