Features Currently in 3.1 Nightly

This ticket is meant to be a list of all the upcoming features in 3.1 that folks can refer to to see if there's anything they may want to check out early in the nightly releases before the official 3.1 release.

It will also indicate a list of things that break comparability in the nightly releases. Look at the nightly milestone for bugs that you may run into.

• Add a Globus button to make transfers easier #2858 globus integration in the file browser. Now certain paths in the file browser will show a button to globus to the same endpoint.
