Motivation

As a scalable data storage framework, CanDB needs to better understand the limitations of the IC. This involves stress testing several features of the platform, such as query and update throughput.

Requirements

  • Determine single canister query limits
  • Determine single-subnet query limits across multiple canisters as the number of canisters increases
  • Determine single canister update limits
  • Determine single-subnet update limits across multiple canisters as the number of canisters increases
