Use drag-and-drop to map (link) source (native) tables with CDM tables. The UI allows to:

  1. Search source tables by table name
  2. Search source tables by column name
  3. Search CDM tables by table name
  4. Filter CDM tables by table type (Meta-Data, Clinical Data, Health System Data, Health Economics, Derived Elements, Results Schema)
  5. Change source/CDM table order
  6. Combine source tables
  7. View additional information regarding each column (point the cursosr on the icon on the left side from the column name).

Concatenating native tables

This tool allows to join two or more tables using the SQL Query. The queries are pre-defined by the system; the user only needs to choose native tables to join and input the keys to perform joining.
