All iORG scripts - Read in a LUT with scaling information

• Load in a LUT with scaling info such as µm/pix or µm/deg scale of images and axial length for all subjects
• µm based windowing instead of pix based windowing… Need to add scaling info
• µm/mm^2 iORG output (normalization to take into account different AL)
• could also be potentially used for photon/mm^2 calculations in the future
