Unlocking wallet in settings view visual representation.

At the moment, when you tap manage wallets, it shows you a list of locked/unlocked/watch. But after you click through there is no way to tell the status of the wallet.

Fixes
Add lock/unlocked icon next to title of wallet in header (not sure if this is really tricky or not)
Move unlock option to top of the list.
When unlocked, show that text as "This wallet is unlocked"
