MANPAGER='nvim +Man!' causes theme to not load correctly

When using nvim as pager to view man pages the Theme is not loaded properly.

Reproduce:
in ~/.bashrc

export MANPAGER='nvim +Man!'

now open a man page

after refreshing the theme it looks correct

Current workaround

vim.api.nvim_create_autocmd("FileType", {
  pattern = "man",
  callback = function()
    require("nvchad.themes.utils").reload_theme("doomchad")
  end,
  once = true,
})
