[13.0] account bank conciliation with data create before install module

Hi, I have a question If my database has data without analytic account, I configure a dimension, but when try run bank conciliation moves in the past can not conciliate because account_analytic is empty and current configuration is based on Posted moves

On the imagen, the payment has not analytic account(before install module, Button Validate is enabled for reconcile)

After install module, can't reconcile

Is posibble add a field type date for apply restricctions only after this date??
