create_clone is a useful complement to create_newcase
Are there any particular risks one should be aware of using the command?

-Will create_clone always give back the same answers as building the case from scratch with create_newcase

-Are there any settings that you can not change in the cloned case but that can be changed in a create_newcase case e.g are there any overwrites to the clone from the original compset in case.setup or case.build.
