tag list looks empty

after activating the plugin "/tags" page looks like this:

somehow all tags show 0 ; additionally, when I click the tags, it cannot find the topics with the #tag

I am not sure about the reason, but can it be because our forum is installed as subfolder?

Ah this plugin doesn't really integrate with /tags, but only the individual tag pages themselves. Sort of a deficiency, I agree.

Additionally, when this plugin is activated, the tags themselves are tracked per post, instead of per topic, and there is no way to easily scan the entire database for matches on-demand, so everything starts off as 0 until new tags are made (either in the form of new topics, or new hashtags in posts).

We're testing this on a large forum now within a closed staging environment and it doesn't appear to be tracking newly added hashtags on both existing and new posts. MongoDB backend.

additionally, the numbers can be seen when the tag is searched, but when clicked, it still returns error and says "there are no topics with this tag."...

Just spotted your first comment AliCihan and we are too running via a directory/subfolder URL scheme if there is a relation there.
