Guided Steps for Optimal Audio Performance

Need to have a guided step during first launch that will save preferences for what audio should be selected by default. It is still very difficult to accurately determine what should be the default. We can provide some options based on what we can determine, but ultilmately need to ask and save the preference.

Preference to be used during playback selection so that we can avoid transcoding if possible on the device.
