"Loading..." screen only when starting Neverball_1.7.0-alpha.3 offline. #392

The loading screen stays on the loading screen when I launch the alpha version of Neverball when I am offline.

Yeah. On the desktop version two important things are missing:

a timeout for connections - the game just waits forever;
a way to disable online functionality.

I intend to fix both of these before the full release.
