To distinguish whether a page has been translated automatically via DeePL or comes from a translation agency, a marking would be good.
Hence my suggestion:
A remark could be inserted at the end of the translated page, e.g. "Automatically translated with DeePL". Of course, this remark should then be adjustable in the configuration. In order to hide the comment in the "normal" page view, it would of course make sense to define this text as a comment, for example via the Comment plugin.
