Images not copied to new namespace

Hi, I noticed the plugin does not copy images to the new, translated namespace. Would it be easy to fix it? I expected, that all my images will be moved and placed in the translated namespace. Then I could eigher keep them as they are or replace them. Now I'm getting into problems of not displaying images due to me using relative links a lot.
