Summary

A partner engineer was dispatched under FSO 7639985 with the following action plan:
Need to reseat the NIC on 4 SG1000s.

1. Physically power down the node.
2. Remove the top cover.
3. Remove the affected NIC card.
4. Reinsert the NIC card.
5. Place the top cover back on.
6. Power up the node.
   If the reseat does not resolve the port 1 and 2 being down issue we'll proceed with replacing the compute node of the affected nodes
