See NebulousLabs/nodejs-skynet#32. Let's do this for Go and Python as well.

While we're at it, we should separate the options for uploading files and uploading directories, since this option (and I think other options already) will not apply to uploading files.

Closing since it has been made the default behavior to remove the base dir.
