[Scrolls] Ashen palette task.

The 'Epic Clue Scroll' sometimes gives u the task to catch a Ashen Palette pokémon, the issue with this is because the Ashen palette (same with some other palettes) have a 0.05 rarity by default

This make this task one of the hardest to get, making abandon it before start it because hunt a 0.05 palette is a very hard option, so i think would be nice increase the rarity of the Ashen palettes (or other 0.05 palettes that can be on scroll task) to a higher rarity that will still be a challenge but not a nightmare.
