First of all I would like to mentioning that I'm very disappointed that I trusted nebra for 7 months to receive my unit to have the following issues and lack of support (3 weeks so far). And before you close this ticket please hear me out @shawaj@vpetersson .
I'm not sure if it's a software issue or quality problem but there are the following issues:
Nebra support ticket # 267556 (and other been open for over 2 weeks now) along with some other tickets
The unit has worked for a total of 2 days without any problems via wifi before it stopped.
Connected to update server: no / Connected to helium : yes 1) Device connecting to wifi and to ethernet at same time why is that? @shawaj mentioned ticket #57 I have moved locations and currently wifi dongle doesn't now my wifi so I'm only connected via ethernet. looks like 2 different mac addresses #69
Before I noticed on my router there are 2 separate device connected to router. Device was originally set up via
wifi. Than was suggested to use ethernet. @shawaj mentioned that connection is week? - fine I took it to my location and where rak device is working currently. I have disabled the rak miner and plugged nebra.
Issue number 2) Bluetooth button on the back of unit (after holding for 15 seconds) I'm not able to get to diagnostic mode. Without knowing the port I'm unable to diagnose the device.
Currently the device is plugged in and I see it synking to the network but connected to update server: no

jp4 has jumper over 1,2 jp3 is not covered and jumper was lose inside the box flying around.
