I don't see much activity in the Issues section, but I will go ahead creating an issue...

Using the instructions in the Example Usage section, I get empty results with a valid Aztec barcode.

macOS: Venture 13.4
Python: 3.10.11
zbar library installed using brew

aztec-train-ticket
