Feature Request: power toggle from dashboard

Turning a ship on or off is probably the most common task I do to a ship. It would be nice if there was a toggle on each ship from the dashboard view allowing the user to turn the ship on and off, similar to the startram toggle.

We removed this from the dashboard because we found that people kept accidentally turning off their ships.

Fair enough, it would be nice to have a toggle to turn the switches back on though, I would use it. To me turning startram off is actually a more serious concern, because it exposes my IP address and associates it with my urbit name, which removes my privacy.

We could probably make it so that you can toggle visibility of that toggle, as well as switch it between power or startram. Not gonna be a priority though
