Description of the enhancement
Skosmos uses a configurable fallback language order for the cases where an URI resource does not have a lexicalization in the content language. This feature should be used in case of resources outside the current vocabulary when displaying labels for resources in the vocabulary front page.
Who are the users that would benefit from the enhancement and how?
Displaying fallback labels when viewing vocabularies e.g. in northern Sami.
What new functionalities would the enhancement make possible?
This functionality is in use for example for mapping property values. It should be used similarily for vocab frontpage.
Why is the enhancement important?
We are comitted supporting multilinguality for skos vocabularies.
