좌표 체크 후 가급적 위쪽으로 생성
위험물(용암, 보이드 등)이 있으면 없을 때까지 탐색(좌표에 따라 판단)
주변에 이미 설치된 구조물이 있는 경우 air or cave air 나올 때까지 탐색
