Cyclomedia Street View

Map not loading for one week. When the Cyclomedia View Street option is given, the screen comes out black and does not open the image. I used it Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Any updates on this issue? It's been close to a month now since I noticed this functionality being broken..

There are no updates on the situation. Thanks for the title recommendation.

The issue might be caused by the tool having an older version of the API/StreetSmartApi.js

The current version is 22.8.0 while roadview has 17.2.1
