On the facilities landing page, the "Explore a Neighborhood" option doesn't work. It takes you to the city's center point, instead of the NTA's centroid.
However, I just looked at the google analytics for how often people use the different map entry options on the facilities landing page. In the month of November, there were 2,376 user sessions in the app. In that same time period, there were 62 instances that someone clicked the "Explore a Neighborhood" option. That means only ~2.5% of user sessions involved using the "Explore a Neighborhood" option. That could explain why this bug wasn't reported earlier.
Overall, I don't think this is urgent to fix.
