Description

If anyone tries to run a pipeline that deploys to heroku and it crashes with the error: .../bin/sh: 1: heroku: not found, it's because GitHub is upgrading its ubuntu runners to 24. As part of its upgrades, it's making its default runners "lighter" by removing several pre-installed packages. heroku is one of those packages.

  • install heroku cli manually.
