NIM_SERVED_MODEL_NAME environment variable works with llama-3.1-8b-instruct:1.1.1.

But I tried to use NIM_SERVED_MODEL_NAME with llama3-8b-instruct:1.0.3 and mistral-7b-instruct-v03:1.0.0. The model name is not changed.
