大部分資料搜集單位在搜集資料大多不會標註原作者，是貢獻者沒有動力貢獻的原因之一
但我們仍然要保護貢獻者的權益，不希望因此讓其他人拿來用的同時又不附註來源
可能需要設一個 License，保護所有上傳者的權益

但因為其中可能會有各課程的上課簡報或是屬於老師財產的東西，所以這部分可能也要注意
