如題
如果強制要開的話，又沒有辦法先請 GitHub Action 或 make 自動開 README.md 並把內容物列出來？
（感覺上一定有類似的工具可以套，但也有可能要自己寫）

雖然我想說 README 是維持 quality 的最後一道防線（就算其他資源很亂也可以在此稍微整理），但應該可以做「如果沒有提供 README 就自動生成一個」（感覺跟生成 Makefile 的程式好像喔）

我剛剛找了好久都沒有找到像要的生成 README 的 GitHub Action @@ 好傷心
