I spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to figure out why FLEXing on a phone I had just setup to do some RE on wasn't working, and it turns out substrate wasn't installed 🙃

Avoided opening a PR in case this is intentional, but just adding mobilesubstrate to Depends would fix this.

(p.s. thanks for this tweak & maintenance of FLEX, continually proves to be extremely useful)
